I am René García, a real estate advisor with SB Realtors. I work from Marina Vallarta with people buying, selling, or investing in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, in English or in Spanish.

I grew up in Puerto Vallarta. I know what the city does well and what complicates a decision. I do not need to call it perfect in order to take it seriously.

You choose the destination. I help you understand the terrain. Sometimes the route is to buy. Sometimes it is to negotiate harder. Sometimes it is to wait.

How the work goes

1. Understand what you want before recommending.
2. Map the area, the product, the price, and the risks.
3. Compare tradeoffs out loud, instead of stacking listings.
4. Recommend a next step the evidence can carry.
5. Stay useful after the transaction.

I am also a sales advisor for Marina Towers. When that project is part of the conversation, I say so before we talk about units.
