Who is responsible for your data
SB Realtors, through its advisor Rene Garcia, Paseo de la Marina 355-20, Marina Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share on these pages, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. What we collect
- Buyer Guide page: your first name and email address, and whether you ticked the optional box to receive market updates.
- Monthly Opportunities page: your first name, email address and whether you are interested in buying or rental opportunities.
- Campaign information: the page you used and, if present in the link you followed, the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring website. This tells us which content brought you here.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, payment information or your phone number on these pages.
Why we collect it
- Buyer Guide: to send you the guide you requested by email, and to answer you if you reply. We only send you market updates if you ticked the optional box. Ticking it is not required to get the guide.
- Monthly Opportunities: to send you the monthly email with the type of opportunities you chose (buying or rental). Joining the list is your consent to receive it.
- In both cases, Rene may write to you personally to follow up on your request.
We never sell your data
Your information is not sold or rented to anyone. We use service providers that process it on our behalf only to operate these pages and our communications, for example Netlify (website hosting and form processing, which stores form submissions) and our email provider. If we later move contacts to a CRM, it will be used for the same purposes described here.
Unsubscribe and your rights
You can stop receiving emails at any time: reply “unsubscribe” to any email, use the unsubscribe link when one is included, or write to rene@sbrealtors.mx. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing rene@sbrealtors.mx with your name and request.
Cookies and analytics
These pages do not currently load advertising or analytics trackers. If we enable tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel in the future, we will update this notice. Your browser may store the campaign tags for your current visit only (session storage) so they can be included with your form.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page.
