Pre-sale
Marina Towers is the pre-sale I can walk with you. Tower I has been delivered and Tower II is in pre-sale, on the beachfront edge of Marina Vallarta. I am a sales advisor for Marina Towers with SB Realtors. That is a fact about my role. It is not a reason to skip the resale around the building, and I do not publish a Tower II price on this site.

A rental can be a home someone else pays for, or a business with empty weeks. The gap between a nightly rate and what you keep is occupancy, building rules, fees, maintenance, and tax in Mexico and, if it applies, at home. I will not quote a return. I will show you the asking rent and help you list the questions a serious look has to answer.
